Real-world experience.
Not just theory.

15+ years managing international supply chains for industrial manufacturers, importers, and distributors across the United States.

Dylan Faltus — Supply Chain & Sourcing Consultant
Background

Built on execution, not theory.

This career was built in the field — working directly with overseas manufacturers, freight providers, customs brokers, and industrial buyers to move mission-critical products across the world and into the hands of companies that couldn't afford delays.

Over 15 years of work in highly specialized industrial markets has covered industries including sugar manufacturing, cement production, mining, and heavy industry. Custom-engineered products — castings, forgings, fabrications, wear components, and industrial equipment — have been sourced from suppliers across Asia, South America, and North America and delivered to customers throughout the United States.

Purchases negotiated across multiple continents, customs crises solved at 11pm, and components delivered to mills that had three days before a critical shutdown. That's the kind of experience brought to every engagement.

Managing international supply chains across multiple regions has meant coordinating production schedules, quality control inspections, freight forwarding, ocean shipping, customs clearance, import compliance, inventory planning, and customer delivery — from a single purchase order to complex multi-supplier programs.

Strong relationships have been built over the years with overseas manufacturers, freight providers, logistics partners, and industrial buyers. The challenges businesses face when sourcing internationally are well understood — because they've been faced directly, and solved.

My Advantage

What makes this different.

Execution
The work was done firsthand
Not managing teams who did it. Not building presentations about it. Personally negotiating, sourcing, shipping, clearing customs, and delivering results.
Industrial focus
Specialized in complex products
Custom-engineered castings, forgings, and wear components aren't commodity buys. They require supplier qualification, QC oversight, and technical understanding.
Both sides
Supplier & buyer perspective
Years working closely with overseas manufacturers across multiple regions means understanding how they operate — making this a more effective advocacy for buyers.
Practicality
No generic frameworks
Every recommendation is grounded in your actual suppliers, your products, and your operational reality — not a playbook written for a different industry.
